Please note that due to customs regulations, all orders for a quantity of more than 6 months supply will be split and shipped separately a few days apart. This will prevent orders being confiscated by customs.

Orders must be accompanied by a prescription from a doctor. The prescription must show the doctor’s registration number, address, telephone number as well as the doctor’s signature on the prescription. For customs clearance purposes we also require a copy of the details page of the person’s passport.

להזמנות יש לצרף מרשם מרופא. על המרשם להציג את מספר הרישום של הרופא, כתובת, מספר טלפון וכן את חתימת הרופא על המרשם. למטרות שחרור ממכס אנו דורשים גם העתק מדף הפרטים של הדרכון של האדם.
